We have a wide choice of cars from a lovely Beauford convertible limousine, Mercedes S-Class, to a superb Rolls Royce, ready for your special wedding. When looking for wedding cars, we would suggest you book as early as possible as availability of our cars can be very limited, especially at popular times of the year. We are currently taking bookings up to 12 months in advance of the big day! All pre booked inspections of our vehicles are welcome. We are a small flexible company and will make our every effort to make your special day, that little bit more special.

After you book your wedding transportation with us, we will confirm in writing with yourselves all the details agreed at the time of booking. We will plan your route and timing from each venue. Shortly before your wedding one of our drivers will check out the route at the same time of day, and day of week as your wedding to ensure everything possible is done to minimise any possible delays. Our route will be discussed with you for your approval. The limousines are all valeted, polished and mechanically inspected before the wedding ready for your big day. On the big day, our drivers will arrive at least 15 minutes before there due time, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Near the time of your wedding, we will advise the drivers and contact numbers for each car. Likewise we ask the same from you so that on the day, communications between both parties can be efficient and accurate, if needed.

All our drivers have telephones that can be used in the event of an emergency. Limousines are also fitted with First Aid kits and Fire extinguishers for our clients safety.

The front passenger seat may be removed for weddings to aid the bride in to and out of the limousine. This should be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the event or at the time of booking.

All our limousines are No Smoking limousines. This keeps all our limousines in a good clean condition for all our clients enjoyment. Further to this, it is now a legal requirement in Scotland.

A non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings normally £40.00 per limousine. This deposit is required for our wedding insurance for each limousine. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay will invalidate the booking.

On some services offered by us, complimentary champagne is offered by us for our clients enjoyment. This is normally the only alcohol allowed unless prior arrangements are made with ourselves. All clients enjoying our complimentary champagne must be 18 years or over.
